Fridal was certified as OHSAS 18001 and recently awarded ISO 45001 which allows Fridal organisations to focus on managing occupational health and safety.

Some of Fridal farms are located in remote areas where locals of these areas are employed, trained and supported. They are trained on new agriculture technology, renewable energy, water treatment, and maintenance activities which allow their society to benefit from their gained skills and experiences.

Fridal also ensures the ethical behavior of its employees and their activities so that an individual benefits the whole society.
Fridal also provides full medical insurance to all the employees and full accommodation, social activities and recreation facilities in these remote areas.
